No device was my problem as well.  Then I realize that I was using the A640V2 driver not the A640 driver.  I uninstalled the V2 driver and installed the A640 driver and all was well.  Was able to change the hotkeys.  Look on the back of the tab on the top of the tablet if you are not sure what tablet you have.

I installed the driver, but the Pablo Tablet Settings software doesn't recognize the pressure. Also the configuration for the 4 buttons of the tablet don't get assigned, so I can't use them in any other software

I updated my computer to Windows 10 and now the driver won't install. I had it on Windows 7 and it worked perfectly. Now every time it goes "Parblo Directory Conflict". Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

My tablet is rotated. And the software A640 V2 only allow to change the area, not the rotation.

when i tried to connect the device, for some reason it kept saying the usb malfunctioned, when all other devices worked fine
i managed to fix that problem by using a normal phone charging wire to plug it in, but after i used it on my phone it wouldn't go back to horizontal mode and now i have to draw vertically. i tried uninstalling my driver but that didn't work either. how do i fix this?

For everyone who got stuck on vertical rotation, download the driver from the comments, open and play with it a bit, then reset to default and uninstall the driver, worked for me! it went back to the original horizontal rotation.

For pad rotation issue  , You need to update new firmware first to solve this problem.

After update new firmware you can manually switch between PC mode and Android mode. (Vertical = Android , Horizontal = PC)

    Link as below

    https://support.parblo.com/hc/en-us/articles/900004265763-How-to-upgrade-the-firmware-of-Ninos-M-S-Windows-Only-

In order to solve the problem of "The disagreement between the coordinates of the tablet and the coordinates of the screen", the firmware upgrade is launched. After the firmware version is upgraded, the tablet will be divided into PC mode and Android mode. The default is PC mode, which can be switched according to needs.

(Method of switching between the two modes: press and hold any two keys on the tablet at the same time for more than 3 seconds. After releasing the keys, the indicator light will flash 3 times quickly, indicating the mode switch is successful.)
