Precautions before upgrading:
1. Please download the firmware package in advance and save it in a location where you can find it(The firmware package is at the end of the article). The firmware package must be decompressed, otherwise, the firmware package will not be detected by the upgrade tool; please download the latest version of the driver from the official website to upgrade the firmware, No firmware upgrade function for older drivers
2. Please check the product, firmware type, and pen type in the diagnostic tool interface
①Confirm the product (such as A640V2)
② Confirm the firmware type (such as CP1)
③ Confirm the Pen Type (such as P05)
3. Select the firmware ".bin" file corresponding to "product-firmware type-pen type" to upgrade (do not change the name of the ".bin" file, if you can't find the corresponding firmware ".bin" file, please don't do it at will upgrade)
4. Do not disconnect during the upgrade process
This firmware upgrade method is applicable to all tablet models except Ninos S (black nib), if your tablet model is Ninos S (black nib), please click here to use another upgrade method
Windows upgrade process:
1. Open the driver, click on the "About" interface, click on "Diagnosis" will pop up a diagnostic tool window, select "Firmware Upgrade"
(Note: The tablet that loses the firmware will directly jump to the step 2 interface)
2. Confirm "Product-Firmware Type-Pen Type" and click "OK", the file window will open
(Attention! Be sure to remember these 3 pieces of information, which will be used later)
3. In the pop-up window, find the firmware package downloaded and saved in advance, and select the firmware ".bin" file corresponding to "Product-Firmware Type-Pen Type" to upgrade
(Note: Take the firmware upgrade example of product A640V2-firmware type CP1-Pen Type P05, other products please refer to this step to upgrade)
Intangbo S - CP2 [no cursor] problem
(If your product model is Intangbo S and the firmware type is CP2, please select firmware version 1.16 to upgrade)
4. After the firmware upgrade is completed, the driver interface will automatically pop up
Mac upgrade process:
1. Open the driver, click on the "About" interface, click on "Diagnosis" will pop up a diagnostic tool window, select "Firmware Upgrade"

Добрый день. У меня A640 V2, я случайно установил прошивку для Ninos S. И планшет перестал распознаваться компьютером и приложение настройки планшета пишет, что планшет не найден. Переустановка драйверов не помогла. Как быть? можно ли таким же методом прошивки (инструкция по прошивке Ninos S, когда в черном окошке распознает планшет, нажимаешь 1 и происходит прошивка) установить обратно прошивку для A640 V2?
