1. Make sure that there is no magnetic interference around the tablet or the pen display.
① When using a mouse, do not place the digital pen on the tablet or digital screen;
②If you are using a laptop computer, do not place the tablet or digital screen directly on or under the laptop touch screen, please stay away from the laptop touch screen area;
③Please place the pen tablet or pen display away from wireless devices, such as wireless mice, wireless keyboards, and routers.
2. If it is still not resolved, please uninstall the driver in the computer first, use the tablet or pen display again in the driverless mode, and check whether the cursor is normal.
①If the cursor is normal in the no-drive mode, please restart the computer, reinstall the driver and try again.
