1. Check whether it is the cause of data cable connection error
There are two connection modes for coast12pro (please plug the cable into the computer or computer host, not the monitor)
① HDMI Cable + USB type-C cable
Connect the digital screen with the elbow interface of USB Type-C cable ② and HDMI cable ①, and connect the computer with the straight connector
(please note: the USB type-C cable ② is inserted into the port with "USB-C" logo on the digital screen, the HDMI cable is inserted into the port with the "HD" logo on the digital screen, and the USB Type-C cable ② is not inserted into the port with " " logo on the digital screen)
② Both ends are one-way through the type-C port
When using a one-wire connection with type-C ports on both ends, one end is inserted into the port with the "USB-C" logo on the digital screen, and the other end is inserted into the computer
(please note: the type C-type C cable should not be inserted into the port marked with " ")
If the problem is not solved, please go to the next step
2. Check whether the data cable is loose
Please plug and unplug the wire again and ensure that the connection between the wire and the digital board and the computer port is not loose
(please note: if you use the connection mode of "HDMI Cable + USB type-C cable", plug both ends of HDMI cable and USB type-C cable again respectively; If you use the one-wire connection mode with type C ports at both ends, both ends of the Type-C line will be reinserted)
If the problem is not solved, please go to the next step
3. Check whether it is caused by the computer port
Please change the computer port to connect
If the problem is not solved, please go to the next step
4. Check whether it is the cause of insufficient power supply
Please connect another USB type-C cable based on the original connection
(please note: find the port marked with " " on the digital screen, insert the Type-C port of the USB Type-C cable into the " " port, and the USB port into the computer)
If the problem is not solved, please go to the next step
5. Check whether it is caused by the data line
① If you are using the connection mode of "HDMI Cable + USB type-C cable", please test whether the pen can move the cursor. If the pen can move the cursor, please replace the HDMI cable for connection; If the pen cannot move the cursor, please replace the USB Type-C cable for connection (Note: please use one data cable for replacement, such as mobile phone data cable, not one multi-data cable)
② If you use the connection mode of "one-wire connection with type C ports at both ends", please replace it with the connection mode of "HDMI Cable + USB type-C cable"; If you use the connection mode of "HDMI Cable + USB type-C cable", please replace it with the connection mode of "one-wire connection with type C ports at both ends"
If the problem is not solved, please go to the next step
6. Check whether it is caused by the adapter
If you connect the digital screen to the computer through an adapter, please replace the adapter for connection (if your computer has a corresponding port, please plug the cable directly into the computer port instead of through the middle adapter)
