Why can't my express keys respond ?

After you install the driver for A610 V2, please check whether you can see the "driver icon" of A610 V2 in the lower right corner of your computer screen.

If it is, please check whether the indicator light is on or not when you sue the pen to touch the tablet? And whether there is a message regarding express Key in the left corner of your computer desktop?

If it all works well, please change the input language of your keyboard into English and then, please open the Photoshop to test it.
