Hello, I just bought this tablet and then found out that it does not work with Ai or Photoshop. Is there an old version of the driver that does support pressure sensitivity in these apps? I need this to work for Mac.
Just bought the A640 and when using the Parblo driver the usable size of the tablet is reduced to the left third of the tablet surface. This third of the surface work great and I'm love using it! I would like to be able to use the entire tablet surface. The entire surface is recognized when using only the Windows driver and the Parblo driver is not installed. Is there a way to correct this? Thanks!
**** SOLVED! ***
It appeared to be an issue with the Windows 10 Tablet PC settings that are present on the laptop. I resolved the issue on the Windows 10 laptop by disabling the "Tablet 6x4" driver in the device manager located under Tablet pointing devices.
It is a shame that a product so beautiful and well made, cannot be used because the drivers do not work.
New drives (Release Date: 2019-11-18) increase compatibility but do not allow customization of the workspace. It's ridiculous and totally impractical as the millions of dots on my two screens are forced to correspond to a small 4-by-6-inch surface.
I was forced to install old drivers (Release Date: 2019-01-04) to customize the workspace, but pen pressure sensitivity stopped working and now there is no compatibility with any of the popular apps. All I can do is trace with the pencil. The pen eraser does not work, nor do the buttons on the tablet.
This problem doesn't just happen to me. There are many users complaining about the same thing in various forums. Buyers are not stupid and we deserve a more complete answer than just the advice to uninstall and reinstall drivers. I have done that many times and that suggestion does not work.
Please update the Drivers. This tablet deserves a better use and better diffusion and sales than it has today.
You developed new drivers for MAC, excellent. ¿What about Windows?

Hello, my problem is that out of nowhere it began to give me the error that windows did not recognize the usb device and the light on the tablet began to blink, I tried to reinstall the drivers, disconnect and connect the tablet and restart the pc, but it keeps giving the same problem
The driver does not work, it does not even open at all. "No device!" shows on the v2 driver. I can not believe that such a beautiful tablet can go to waste because of this simple problem, what a shame honestly.
