What can i do if the pen doesn't respond on Mast 10?

Windows OS:

1. Uninstall the driver of Mast 10 and restart your computer.                                                   
2. If the pen can't respond without the driver, plug the USB cable into different USB ports.      If the pen still can't respond, the tablet might be damaged.                                                If the pen responds without the driver, go to next step.                     
3. Make sure there is no other tablet driver in your computer, then reinstall the driver for Mast 10.
4. If the pen responds before you install the driver, but it can't respond after you install the driver. Please create a new sub account for your computer and use the tablet in your sub account. 

Mac OS:

1. Uninstall the driver of Mast 10 and restart your Mac.                              
2. If the pen can't respond without the driver, plug the USB cable into different USB ports, you can try to directly plug it in your Mac instead of via a docking station.                                If the pen still can't respond, the tablet might be damaged.                                                If the pen responds without the driver, go to next step.                   
3. Make sure there is no other tablet driver in your computer, then reinstall the driver for Mast 10.
