What can I do if the tablet does not work?

    I have tried everything. Nothing works. When I connect the tablet with HDMI and USB C with my pc, the digitizer panel shows the following message:

    Hello,i have received my Parblo Coast 13 and everything is good except the cursor of the mouse is glitching ,and i did the calibrate option and it didnt do anything,i even reinstalled the driver and it didnt do much,I need help because i really dont want to have to return it.

    Here is What I found!!!
     
    The first time,  I connect it to my laptop it shows me the mouse-dot direction goes  with the  wrong way that I want it does I try so many times to unplug and plug-in but sometimes it works but I feel unwell to use the Non-stabilize product like this
     
    and so many times again I try hard to find a solution to figure out! 
    BUT all the driver, Support,  and Function can not do anything to be my little hope
     
    could you just make sure your product is WORKING?
     
    This is what they call "Non-solid brand Quality"
