If you have installed any other graphic tablet/monitor driver, please uninstall them and reboot.
When system goes to the desktop, please close all of the software includes in the task bar. (If some of the software can’t be closed in the task bar, don’t worry about it.)
Open the File Explorer then under the C:\Windows\System32and C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folders
You will find a Wintab32.dll file- Delete the Wintab32.dll files.
Reboot the system again.
When system goes to the desktop once again, please install the A610 driver until complete again.
It says "Runtime Error" as the below error message when I installing the driver?
Please uninstall drivers you have installed in your computer.
Please go to the official website of Microsoft to update your c++： https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
Then, please follow the NO.2 FAQ to reinstall the latest driver.
