When will this be updated to be compatible with Mojave? It seems there was an update 3 months ago but that was after I contacted support who told me there wasn't a driver for Mojave out yet.
Help! Mast10 doesn't work under Catalina (MacOS 10.15). I've been asking for over a year for a new driver, and have been told it's just about ready, but it never is. Are you abandoning these devices?
I'm starting to get the feeling that Parblo has zero interest in addressing this problem or finding a way to make its customers whole after we've bought devices that no longer work in what I consider too short a time (a bit under two years). They've had plenty of time to write new drivers, and have known for a considerable time that this would happen. I urge people NOT to buy Parblo devices. Parblo has shown no interest in helping its customers.
I agree with Chiltonj. I've tried asking Support and even the FaceBook page thinking they would understand my problem more but they gave me the same answers. I kept asking if they will have the drivers out before another update and they couldn't say. I can't imagine what it's like not being able to use the tablet for almost 2 years...I don't have that kind of patience so I'm giving up. I'm going to sell it and look for a company that actually is Mac compatible.
Great job continuing to NOT support this product guys! Note to anyone wondering if they should buy a Parblo: DON'T. Company DOES NOT stand behind its product and has zero interesting in writing drivers that work for Mac. Stay far, far away.
I thought it would be fun to check in and see if they've bothered to write a driver yet. Annnnnd....nope. What is this, like five years since they were warned the OS would require new drivers, and the STILL can't be bothered. Last time I emailed them they said they were "working on it." LOL.
Let this be a lesson: NEVER buy a Parblo device. Company does not support or stand behind its products and has no interest whatsoever in satisfying its customers.

The new Mast10 driver still doesn't work. The device does not recognize the pen.
I am also having trouble getting my pen to work...
