How to solve the problem of using a small Q board to connect to Android devices, where the digital board can only use about one-third of the left area (drawing circles to become ellipses)?

1. First, rotate the digital board to the "Phone 2" gear
(Please note! After a successful upgrade, it can only be used in 2nd gear on the phone)
2. Next, prepare a computer, connect the digital board to the computer, and download the computer driver  (click here for driver download)
3. After downloading and installing, open the driver and upgrade the firmware
(After the upgrade is completed, connect the digital board to the phone and it can be used normally.)

① According to the digital board model, click "Download this firmware" above, download the corresponding firmware file, and save it to a location you can find

② Open the driver, click on "About" - "Diagnosis" - "Firmware Upgrade"

③ In the pop-up window, click "OK" to open the file window

④ Find the firmware you just downloaded and saved in the pop-up window, open the BIN file to upgrade

(Attention! Do not disconnect during the upgrade process)

⑤ Firmware upgrade completed
