In order to be compatible with different Android devices, the digital board has four coordinate modes for everyone to choose from. How do you know the mode chosen by your device? Yiwen teaches you!
Small Q board:
Coordinate mode | Suitable for equipment | Device Resolution |
Mobile 1 | Full-screen Android phone | 2400*1080 |
Mobile 2 | Non-Full Screen Android Phone | 1920*1080 |
flat | Android OS tablet | 2560*1600 |
custom | Customizable painting scale through Windows driver | other |
Each coordinate mode is designed for different device resolutions, with a conventional full-screen phone resolution of 2400 * 1080 on the market, while non-full-screen phones have a resolution of 1920 * 1080
If your phone is a regular full-screen phone, please directly rotate the small Q board to the "Phone 1" gear to use it. For non-full-screen phones, move to "Phone 2"
Intangbo X7:
Coordinate mode | Suitable for equipment | Device Resolution |
mobile phone | Full-screen Android phone | 2400*1080 |
flat | Android OS tablet | 2560*1600 |
Chromebook | Google System Desktop (Notebook) | 1920*1200 |
custom | Customizable painting scale through Windows driver | other |
If your phone is a regular full-screen phone, please directly dial the Intangbo X7 rotary knob to the "Phone" position to use it. For a 1920 * 1200 Google system desktop (laptop), dial the "Chromebook" position
If you are not sure about your phone type, please check the resolution in the "Settings" section of your phone first. Once you know your phone resolution, adjust the corresponding coordinate mode.
How to check your phone resolution:
1. Open the "Settings" interface of the phone and click to enter the "About Phone" interface
2. Check the screen resolution (the following image is an example resolution, and the resolution of your device is based on the display on your device interface)
After knowing your phone resolution, if you find that your phone resolution cannot be found in the above list (for example, in the example image, it is 2700 * 1228), how should you adjust it?
Don't worry, at this point, you need to make custom settings. The specific steps are as follows:
1. First, move the digital board rotary ring to the "custom" gear
2. Then prepare a Windows computer (Mac computers do not support settings), connect the digital board to the computer, and download the computer driver (click here for driver download)
3. After downloading and installing, open the driver and click on "Phone Settings" in the driver“
4. In the "Work Area Settings" section, expand the "Customize" drop-down list, select the resolution that matches your device, and click "Save"
Note: If there is no complete consistency, choose the resolution closest to your phone
